Amazing book! I felt so connected and emotionally pulled toward the characters. Dealing with the loss of loved ones is extremely difficult. Having to watch someone slowly pass from cancer is tough and having someone taken from your life suddenly, are both hardships that are near unbearable. Abbi Glines did an amazing job at connecting the reader to the characters. This was definitely a tear jerker for me and I appreciated her talking about subjects that are difficult for many to even mention, let alone dive into and allow you to feel better coming out the other end.

Four Years Later by Emma Doherty My rating: 5 of 5 stars I didn't realize how many times my heart could break when reading a book until I read this one. I felt Becca's pain throughout and although I wished I could have pushed her in a different direction, her path was an accurate depiction of what someone in her shoes would face. Becca and Ryan couldn't be more in love. She may not know what future she wanted exactly, but she knew that as long as she had Ryan, everything would be okay. Going to school in different states may have caused some tension, but they've survived this long doing the long distance thing, a little longer would fly by.
