Review: Hideaway

Hideaway Hideaway by Penelope Douglas
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

AMAZING!
This one was well worth the wait. Storyline is pulls you in from start to finish. You really see into another side of the Horsemen. Kai may seem like the sweet one, but he has some dark secrets and thrives off the hunt. He may not understand the connection and unconditional loyalty Banks has towards Damon, but Kai isn’t going to let her go this time without a fight. Banks grew up in a different world, one where Love was scarce and she had to cling to the only source of it she received, even if it was possessive, dark and misunderstood. Working her way up in the family and proving her worth seems endless; it doesn’t matter how hard she tries or how much she tries to disguise herself, she’s still just a woman.
Facing Kai is only part of the battle; if he asks her to choose a side, it will always be Damon.
No one has seen Damon since the incident a year ago, but they know he’s close; they just didn’t know how close he really is.
